Products. Our products are natural cat enrichment items. Product appearance may vary slightly as they are made from natural materials. Always supervise your pet during play and remove any item that becomes damaged.

Orders and payment. All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Delivery. Delivery times are estimates and set out in our Shipping Policy.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
